Videoaufzeichnung War for talents - How can the market research industry win the battle for talents?

The "war for talents" has recently arrived in the German market research landscape. Even for junior positions, many institutes are finding it increasingly difficult to find employees. Graduates from market research-related study programmes such as (economic) psychology, sociology, statistics and business studies are finding their way into the market research industry less and less often.

We will talk to HR managers from international institutes about how they see the "war for talent" happening in the industry and what approaches they are taking to still find employees with different levels of experience. We will also talk about the differences that exist in the various markets.

Under the moderation of Holger Geißler, chief editor at marktforschung.de, the following experts will discuss:

  • Graciella Garmann, COO Norstat, Norway
