To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Marketing Effectiveness Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibility

  • Take over the role of an expert for Marketing Effectiveness, Analytics and Intelligence
  • Foster data-driven marketing mindset to support Marketing Transformation
  • Leverage the value of data and analytics to support decision-making marketing processes to optimize Advertising & Promotion (A&P) investment allocation across brands and touchpoints
  • Take over all Marketing effectiveness related tasks and responsibilities (where our internal marketing mix modelling tool will be the main tool to use) for PR Deutschland in first and for Western Europe Entity in second step
  • Marketing effectiveness data refreshes and tool improvements:
  • Ownership of the full "market and consumer data" scope including regular refreshes, continuous improvement of data quality and integration of new Data Sources
  • Support continuous improvement of model, frame backlog, establish roadmap & deploy y1 improvements
  • Marketing effectiveness process and Change management
  • Fine-tune data-driven Budget Planning Process, formalize key learnings and define improved target process for next uses with a fully integrated marketing effectiveness tool
  • Manage In-scope/Out-of-scope Calculation and provide related templates
  • Manage constraints and run iterative Scenarios in close collaboration with Marketing Stakeholders
  • Support Change Management action plan
  • Empower PR Deutschland organization on marketing effectiveness
  • Take over upcoming marketing related Key Digital Programs, such as leveraging real-time data and predictive analytics to better understand the subconscious drivers and barriers along our consumers' and shoppers' paths to purchase in order to develop our Brands & Portfolio Strategies focusing on-demand spaces - also known as "Moments of Convivialité" - to better engage with consumers and gain market share
  • Manage local KPI Measurement for PR Deutschland in first and for Western Europe Entity in second step
  • Market share (Analyze market performance and give recommendation for definition, continuously monitor performance and give watch-outs)
  • Other KPIs (e.g., Brand Long-term Equity, Share of Conversations in Social Listening, Working/Non-working investments)

Your Profile

  • University degree in economics
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experiences in FMCG in Marketing Effectiveness, Analytics, Intelligence or Marketing Controlling
  • Experience in marketing-mix-modellings
  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge in analyzing panel (Nielsen) and new data sources - and crossing different data sources to answer a business question in a simple way
  • Demonstrating the ability to extract value from data and transform it into sharp and actionable insights and recommendations
  • Tech savvy being able to adopt and apply forward looking techniques in data analyzing and reporting applications; and strong Excel skills of course
  • Project management, Planning & organization skills
  • A collaborative team player, acting with a consulting mindset
  • Presentation skills (written and spoken / ability to influence / PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
