As the company is growing dynamically and our customer base is increasing, we are looking for a professional who leads our sales and customer success department and builds up the foundation for future growth.

Your Mission

  • Managing the customer journey—from the first interaction to happy and satisfied customers
  • Acquire new customers, and establish partnerships in the market research/insights industry
  • Support our customers in the use of our software

What you will need

  • At least 2 years experience in professional market research—ideally as a sales/business development or project manager
  • Existing network within the market research/insights industry
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • (Bonus) Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot

*Salary: For this position, an annual gross salary of €56,000 is planned for a full-time basis. The salary is composed of a base salary and a performance-based component. Overpayment, depending on work experience and qualifications, is possible!

Location: We look forward to welcoming you to our office in the beautiful city of Linz, Austria. However, remote work is also possible.
